At Compass Group, there are rules that a client has the right to transfer their previously purchased ticket provided they pay 20% of the ticket price! Carriers reserve the right to refuse to agree to transfer funds to another ticket and each request is processed individually

Do I need to print a booked ticket?

No, it's not necessary. It's enough to show your bookings from your device (phone, tablet, etc.) or tell the driver your last name and first name when boarding!

What does the "Book" button mean?

The "Book" button informs the client that for the given flight, they can create a ticket/tickets for themselves for the trip and before confirmation choose a payment option for themselves. There are two payment options for the fare: Option 1. Payment when boarding the bus. Option 2. Make the ticket payment immediately when booking. 

Do I need to pay for tickets immediately after booking them on the website?

No, it is not necessary. Payment for the ticket/tickets is made directly when boarding the bus. An exception is group bookings of 3 or more people, according to the rules after booking our employee will contact you and provide payment details for 1 ticket of your choice. After all, passengers also need to provide a travel guarantee. If clients change their plans, the funds are returned with advance notice!

In which currency can the payment be made?

On the website during booking, you need to select your desired calculation currency: hryvnia, zloty, crowns, dollars or euros. Cash payment is accepted on all flights.

How to get a ticket/tickets for a flight?

To get a ticket, you need to select a flight from/to, travel date and perform a search. From the suggested options, set the payment currency and choose a convenient flight for you, enter personal data as required by the website. After entering the data, the system will create tickets that need to be downloaded to your device, they will also be displayed in your personal account.

How long is the booking valid for?

After booking a ticket/tickets within 1-3 days, our employee will contact you to confirm the booking. Provided that you have provided correct contact information - mobile phone, Viber or email. If within 3 days from the moment of booking or a day before departure we fail to contact you - your booking will be considered cancelled. Bookings confirmed by the manager are valid until the moment of departure!

How many things can you take on a trip?

The amount of luggage per person should not exceed 30kg + 5kg of hand luggage, and should also have dimensions of 40*60*90 cm. Please note that the carrier has the full right to refuse a bus passenger to transport hand luggage or baggage if this baggage blocks the passage in the transport for other passengers, or does not comply with the quantity and dimensions.
